[Finale] How to move notes

I've got a lot of 8th-note octaves that need be moved to the right by 1 beat. In other words, they start on the and of beat 4 and I want them to start on the and of beat 1 in the next measure. How to do this? I could do it manually in a few minutes; I just want to know what I've apparent

That's what I would have done - but is there a way to delete a note at the end of the section you want moved, then leave the measure in Speedy without filling it up again with rests? That's how Speedy used to work, to leave a partially-filled measure "as is." But now it fills it with rests. Can
