have you tried to e-mail yourself the fonts archives, downloading them
using the second computer and then dragging the font file to its
corresponding place in the finale folders of the second computer?

I just tried to install Finale 2003 on a couple of computers,
so I can work on a project for someone who requires it.
On a computer that has Final 2004, Finale 2003
The finale 2003 installer installs fonts that are incompatible with any
flavor of OSX. Go to our website and download the Font Pack installer and
run it. That should take care of it.
