I often select a region and add negative value to measure width. I like this way than system lock, while I really wish to be able to lock the width themselves.
With FinMac2k8, this action no longer update the layout. This wasn't so before FinMac2k8, and I also understand a lot of people hated auto update feature. I can't find any mention of this in the HTML manual. Here is a bigger problem. I added -50 EVPUs to a 8 bars region across 2 systems. This action should fit them into 1 system. The added -50 EVPUs made the 7th bar much wider as expected with 2k8. I then hit Cmd +U. Every single measure of this region became one system each, adding 7 systems. Huh? Is this a bug? This is not easily reproducible with other places.
