[Finale] Length of stems in Rhythmic Notation

Staff Styles menu - define staff styles - rhythmic notation - there's a setting for stems. I use - 36 epus for down-stem notation. This does not transfer across documents, so I put it into my templates. I suppose it's saveable in a Staff Style library. I agree, the default is
