In the MIDI Tool, if you adjust the key velocity of a note (or more)
and then use the navigation arrows to take you to another staff, you
will not be able to change the new staff's key velocities until you
get out of the MIDI Tool editing box and then back in again. This is
new behavior from FinMac 2006.
Try it by adjusting the velocity by a certain percentage and then
doing it again in a new staff. I think you will see that it doesn't
work.
