I bet you are entering music on a chromatically-transposed (no key signature, but transposed) instrument. Apparently, the way around this is to enter the music in concert pitch, rather than entering it in transposed pitch. It only affects certain pitches. I actually hate this bug very much,

No, I'm wanting to show that a certain note, having been sharped for three beats now is returning to its key signaturen, in other wordss a courtesy display. But there IS a workround. It's my practice to not use the parenthesis where a note has been altered on the beat immediately p;receding beat

Chris, not sure where you're going for with the term "chromatic transposition" but the staff is in concert D. Being a vocal jazz piece there are all kinds of alterations (altercations too? haha) as you can imagine. Sometimes yes, it might be that it sounds like another key! On Oct 19, 201
