Document Options: Fonts: Chord: Alterations
This changes the # and b symbols used in chord names (not the suffixes).

BUT, all the accidentals on the chords (not the suffixes) are too
large. Like on a C# minor 7th, the sharp is oversized. Where’s the adjustment
on that?
