Thanks for the info about authorising and deauthorising folks. A new problem: we installed the program on my wife's laptop, and of course tried to authorise it and of course discovered we had to close the program and Run as Administrator to achieve this. No worries.
But now I have installed the program on my desktop computer, the program tells me I should Run as Administrator to authorise this second computer, but the program will not open if I right click and try to Run as Administrator. However it will open if I simply double click on the icon and don't Run as Administrator. Do we have to Run as Administrator on my wife's computer? Doesn't seem logical to me. Any ideas?
