On mac, Just go to File--Print and click the PDF button.

You could have them download Finale's NotePad and then send them the actual
.mus file, if that's not a problem for you...
Or you could make tiffs of the score's pages and email those

Thanks ... I think I just did it by going to Print/PDF .. and then
attaching that to an e mail. I think it will work. If not, I'll
pursue one of these other options.
