Dear List Users: I have tried to enable an additional keyboard layout under KDE 3.1.4, specifically, Russian (cyrillic phonetic). When I try to switch to it via a keyboard shortcut, it causes KDE and X11 to crush -- it says that the application Xquartz has unexpected quit. Does anybody know an expl
