I've been unable to install the tipa package using
$ fink install tipa
I'm on OS 10.4.10 and before trying, I did
$ fink selfupdate
The error that I get with fink install tipa is:

What is strange is that you do have "-L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11" on the
command line, and there is no error about libX11 not found, so
libX11.dylib must have been found a
