[Fink-beginners] "plotutils-2.4.1-6", package "gcc2" was not found.

I am trying to install pstoedit with fink and am getting this warning.  Does anyone have any ideas for documentation to help me out?

I should say that I get exactly the same problem when trying to compile autotrace.

I have developer tools installed and fink 0.17.1-1
