Thanks, Martin. The conf files have been updated. I just ran fink
selfupdate. Fink read packages from the 10.3 tree and is updating
several packages now.

I am now running Panther and have upgraded Fink per the instructions,
which indicate that Fink should automatically recognize that my machine
is running 10.3. However, my fink.conf file still lists my OS has
10.2:
