You shouldn't need to do that for Fink 0.27.6 . It has been fixed to
get along with Apple's sudo.
If you're doing this for other reasons, the article you linked here
tells you to add
Defaults env_delete-="PERLLIB PERL5LIB PERL5OPT"
to /etc/sudoers, and the right way to do that is via visudo. C
The "visudo" command is the appropriate way to edit that list.
