Just so you know, now that Apple's fixed Sherlock in 10.1.4, I use it
all the time to find hidden files. Just make sure in addition to
whatever name you look for, choose the "is invisible" option under
custom. This will find files with the Finder's invisible bit ticked,
but also anything made
