sorry, yes, i meant i'm trying to install octave 2.9.12 using fink. unstable is turned on. it compiles fine, but then at runtime complains that libfftw3.3 provides version 4.0.0, and that octave needs 5.0.0. when i do a "fink list | grep fftw3" it says: i fftw3 3.1.1-4 Discrete Fourier T

hello all, i'm trying to install the unstable version of octave (2.9.4), as that is the version recommended by the octave folks. after i "fink selfupdate; fink scanpackages; fink index; fink update-all; octave" i get: dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libfftw3.3.dylib Referenced from: /sw/bin/
