[Fink-devel] Location of rgb.txt

I'm trying to put together a package that wants to read the rgb color-name database, and the docs note that the location is not fixed across platforms. Is the location consistent across the various standard OS X x11 packages? I use xfree86 4.2 and it is installed as /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/rgb.txt.
