[Sorry if these are FAQs. Gmane archive search seems to be broken]
1. Some of my favourite unix programs ((x)emacs, unison) now have
good aqua-native versions. I notice these are not available through
Fink. Are aqua ports against Fink policy, or has no-one got around to
making packages yet
As a follow-up, would it be permissible to have a /sw/etc/profile.d/
foo.(c)sh file that has a line in it like
launchctl load /sw/path/to/my/package/LaunchAgent ?
This obviously doesn't address the problem of LaunchDaemons, but it
would solve my problem...
Is there a way for fink to install a Launchd file into /Library/
LaunchAgents for 10.4 packages?
