would it be possible to update the version to 1.3.0, because the new
gnucash needs this for some online bankings?

I have revised .info files for upgrades to octave and octave-forge.
What is the best way to submit these? Should I submit them as bugs to
the bug tracker on sourceforge?

For packages that already exist in Fink,
Dear developers of Fink,
Revision 1 of FreePascal (10.4 unstable) contains 2 known bugs.
Number 1 shows up when ginstall is present. Number 2 shows up on case
sensitive file systems.
I submitted revision 2 which resolves the ginstall bug, a simple fix.
