Done! nose-py has moved to stable.
I have also added a Provides: setuptools-py%type_pkg[python] to distribute-py31
as distribute is the new setuptools for python 3.x. lxml-py31 is the first
package to use the Provides as requested by Daniel Johnson. Ple
