You folks will know more about fixing this than I will (MacOS
10.2.8-gcc3.3-unstable trees):
bash-2.05b$ fink install docbook-dsssl-ldp
Information about 3320 packages read in 3 seconds.
The package 'docbook-dsssl-ldp' will be built and installed.
The following package will be installed or update
Removing test-simple-pm580 fixed this little problem but I didn't
know whether this needed to be reported, so I thought I would, just
in case.
It may be worth noting that these packages had been previously built
with 'fink build [same list of packages]' and I was merely installing
those update
I don't think you can do it with fink because no older version is
present in your tree (10.2):

Hi folks, I'm getting multiply defined warnings and errors on 10.2
with linc1. I don't know how to deal with these. Thanks, Robert.

I finally realized I had picked up my "typo" from Dave V's suggestion
and simply replied to the wrong message.
When I tried Dave's suggestion (below), it failed with:

I think it needs tweaking:

Martin,
Yes, I have UseBinaryDist: true in fink.conf.
I changed the line in question per your instructions below, and
everything is copacetic.
Thanks! --robert
