A more careful reading of that thread reveals the the 3.0.x swig
issues in building the python wrappers for svn still haven't been
resolved.

Interestingly, the svn-swig-py.info/patch I sent build fine with
'fink -m --tests=off' which is perhaps why upstream hasn't noticed the
issue yet.
