I added a new page to the PDB which can compare what packages are in each tree.

For example, here is a list of all the 0.4.1 stable packages that we haven't moved to current-stable yet:
http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/compare.php?tree1=0.4.1- stable&cmp=0&tree2=current-stable
(we should probably try to get these into the next release)

(note currently all the kde section packages are not showing up in current-stable for some reason, working on that)

I think we can leave the %v-stable data in the SQL database when we do point releases, and use this page to point users to when we do point releases as a "list of new packages in this release". If we want, I could even add "0.5.0a-unstable" and "0.4.1-unstable" trees to the PDB for more info. As long as they don't get put in "releases.inc" file they won't show up on the individual package pages or package lists. (but would be available for uses like this)
