Sorry to cross-post but I'm unable to find to which package this problem belongs. After having done a buildfink, cancelled it because it took too many days and followed it by a cleanfink, I got this message: Purge des fichiers de configuration de io-tty-pm581 ... dpkg : avertissement : lors de la suppression de io-tty-pm581, le répertoire « /sw/lib/perl5/5.8.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level » n'était pas vide, donc il n'a pas été supprimé. That is roughly translate: Purging configuration files io... dpkg: warning: while purging io...; the folder ... was not empty, hence it has not been removed. And indeed in this folder there is a perllocal.pod file. If any developer/maintainer recognizes his/her child, that would be nice the problem could be solved. And by the way, I wonder if it is "normal" that fink allows the installation of a perl581 module on a system where the perl version is already 586. (Well, it has already been discussed, just a reminder in case someone finds a way to impede that). |
