The attached packaging builds the first post-branch snapshot of gcc
4.2. It should be able to build gcc, g++, objc and gfortran as
multilib on both ppc and intel. The libffi and libjava multilib builds
are disabled since they don't work properly in gcc 4.2. We may want to
fork the gcc4
