Thanks to Daniel Johnson for checking on the status of -no-cpp- precomp in gcc-3.3. For both gcc-3.3 and gcc-4.0, -no-cpp-precomp is ignored by gcc. So for ease of maintenance, package maintainers may choose to disable -no-cpp-precomp in both 10.3 and 10.4 trees (unless the package forces the use of gcc-3.1).
