Hi all,

I am working on a package that needs swig >= 1.3.25,
so I have created a local fink package and called it
swig1328, but wanted to get an idea as to what would
be the best thing to call it. I don't need to commit
this thing back into the fink tree anytime soon, but
want to have this thing named correctly from the
start. Along with the package name being different, I
have the swig program named swig1328. What would be a
better name/solution?

A second question... for a python package, how do I
make setup.py use gcc3.3 when it compiles swig
generated c++ code?

The reason I'm doing this is that swig 1.3.20 is
drastically different than swig 1.3.28 and I hear that
many programs can not handle the newer swig.

I really need to setup a tunnel so I can run IRC at
work!

Thanks!
-kurt
