There's a bug in the file /sw/fink/10.3/stable/main/finkinfo/utils/cdrdao.info so that the Fink mirror that's used has a "//" in it.
This is not the only package that has this. It has also had this since it was introduced in October 2002, without problems until now. But now one does indeed get
The requested URL returned error: 404
So it seems that the sourceforge mirrors have changed their configuration and don't understand double slashes any more.
If this is confirmed by others, and if it is not just another one of those temporary attacks of madness of sourceforge, the following packages will have to be corrected (this is for the 10.3 tree, more or less the same goes for 10.2*):
