The issue here is that install-info's info-dir option is spelled with a
hyphen, but I'm not sure how to go from this knowledge to an install fix
To explain this issue: Fink employs dpkg for package installation, and
dpkg uses debian install-info, not gnu install-inf
Many thanks, but lesstif is up to date, and I've now tried rebuilding

Did you update lesstif? If so, then try rebuilding it.

The missing file looks like it's supposed to be provided by gnome-libs:

I'm having trouble getting gnome-applets installed through

cmd_completion.o command_line.o exec.o message.o
mini-commander_applet.o help.o history.o macro.o preferences.o

Hi,
I followed strictly:
http://members.shaw.ca/akochoi-emacs/

I've been using evolution-1.0.7-2 for a while and in my experience it's been
fairly stable--I've had Entourage crash more often (though that's not saying
much).

Hi, I just installed XMMS the other day it seems to play MP3s
fine, but I get considerable static when attempting to play modules

crash XDarwin. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? I am

Thanks a lot that solved it.

BTW. I´m not getting any mail over the list, do you have any problems
with fink-users?
