Rebooting didn't help. I observed something kind of weird, maybe this

Somewhere in the doc, it's said that I have to make a symbolic link:
ln -s /dev/nameofyourcdromdevice /dev/cdrom
if mplayer does not find the superdrive.
Does somebody know what I have to do exactly to make mplayer recognize
the superdrive. I have no idea of its name and where it is located.
xmms plays an MP3 file for me right now - so, no problems on my side.
Just to let you know that it's basically possible to get it working :-)
