[Fink-users] removing unstable from selfupfate-cvs

Hi there, I'm happy with fink, thanks for the good work. Every time I do a selfupdate-cvs, fink also checks out the unstable branch. I don't use unstable, so this is pretty useless for me. What do I need to do to tell fink to only check stable? Thanks, Dirk --

Hi, I just updated sylpheed, from 0.8.11-1 to 0.8.11-2, and had some dependency problems. I ended up editing the "Depends:" line in /sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/net/sylpheed-0.8.11-2.info, changing "jpilot-shlibs" to "jpilot." $ fink list jpilot sylpheed Information about 2764 packages
