Hi there,
I'm happy with fink, thanks for the good work.
Every time I do a selfupdate-cvs, fink also checks out the unstable
branch. I don't use unstable, so this is pretty useless for me. What
do I need to do to tell fink to only check stable?
Thanks,
Dirk

Hi, Alexander--
I guess I really do need some help with this.
I got it to install all right, with no errors (a lot of warnings though).
But when I type opennap...and I can see the command is in /sw/sbin it says:
Command not found.
As well, when downloading the package from the original source, m

It seems to: I sent my previous posting with it. ;-)
Curiously, the intersection of "otool -L /sw/bin/sylpheed" and

I have seen this on two separate computers, using the unstable and binary
installs. This was quite some time ago, however, and the versions I saw
hanging are not the ones that are current now.
Hi,
Recently I have experienced several crashes when using KDE installed
through fink. I am using the latest versions from cvs and Mac OS X
10.2.6 + xfree installed through fink. Basically, KDE hangs, I can hear
the HD spinning and crunching, but everything is locked up. I cannot
even switch b
Well, there's no -shlibs package, so that looks reasonable. Does it run?

Title: OpenNap0.44, 0.45, -NG 0.46
Hi, All--
There’s been an update to OpenNap-0.45 and it looks like the patch file for .44.1 and the .info file should work fine for it, I just need someone to put them up...(and make sure they work first!)
But also, I would like to add something to all three
Hi,
I just updated sylpheed, from 0.8.11-1 to 0.8.11-2, and had some
dependency problems. I ended up editing the "Depends:" line in
/sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/net/sylpheed-0.8.11-2.info,
changing "jpilot-shlibs" to "jpilot."
$ fink list jpilot sylpheed

The anonymous cvs server is a day or two behind the live one, try again
tomorrow.
