While scanning files with clamav 0.71-1, I got the following result:

I decided to remove all the files related to X11 and I made a fresh
install of Apple X11 and its SDK.
Now, everything is working fine. :-)

again :(.
Try executing "/sw/var/lib/fink/prebound/update-package-prebinding.pl -f"
and see if fink magically starts working afterwards.
