(Yeah, it looks like an oxymoron!) I've added a persistent package for cvs-1.11.21 in the guise of the cvs-unstable package. This is currently the upstream highest-numbered "stable" version, and I've provided it primarily as a fallback for 10.3 users who are experiencing difficulties with a check
