Fixed.
It was mistakenly named libxml2-10.4.patch, which is now removed and
replaced with the origina libxml2.patch.

Can you use the (newly packaged) ppl13 package (PPL 1.1) instead
of ppl9? We've validated that on 10.7 and 10.10, Xcode 4 and 5.
Let me know if you encounter any issues.
$ fink install ppl13
For pp13, the package library files are installed under /sw/lib/ppl13, not
/sw/lib.
