In order to do graphs, gnumeric needs the guppi package, which is
currently in unstable.

There are two different ways you can fix this.
(1) Update your developer tools. You can get the 10.1 developer tools
either as part of the twenty dollar os10.1 upgrade cds or, if you have a
decent connection, by downloading them from apple.
