I nuked every file in /sw related to emacs 20... still dselect believe it is in a bad state and choke on it... there must be a database somewhere which specify this "state"... is it editable? [Zag:~] felix% sudo dselect Hit http://us.dl.sourceforge.net 10.3/release/main Packages Hit http://us.dl.

In fact, I ended up editing by hand: sudo xemacs var/lib/dpkg/status and this seems to fix my pb... I am not sure if this will cause pb in the future or no... We will see. 11/17/03 6:01 PM, « Alexander K. Hansen » <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > sudo dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq emacs20 --

[Fink-users] OSX 10.3 postfix and Fink postfix

2005-11-17 Thread Felix Ingrand

I must have missed the discussion on this, but is fink "ready" for Intel based machine? are the current binaries release universal already? or everything relies on Rosetta? Thanks, -- Felix --- This SF.Net email is sponsored by xP

[Fink-users] Xemacs needs dlcompat

I installed the binary version of Xemacs yesterday (with sumo and efs I believe) and when launching it I got a /sw/lib/libdl.dylib missing. I installed dlcompat and wverything works fine. PS: the xemacs maintainer may want to add this dependency. -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Does the fink rsync package include a version of rsync able to deal with files with resources? (i.e. does it do a copy like ditto -rsrc does?) -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= "Si on avait su que tout ca finirait pour voir Barthez embrasser McDo
