No, don't submit via the tracker, it's crowded enough without unsupported packages.

If you want to put together a fink-legacy team to take care of old trees, that's fine with me, as long as it involves at least one Fink committer so we can ensure some level of quality. That's just my position though, I have no idea what everyone else thinks.
