See that is just my problem, I don't have a tcpreplay info file in
/sw/fink/10.3/unstable/main/finkinfo/utils, nor in any other directory for
that matter. I don't know how to either a) find and download an info file
for it manually or b) tell fink to download the info file. I've done fink

Switch to unstable and fink install tcpreplay (there is really no reason
NOT to run unstable when you have compiler tools installed) or find the
