1. Upgraded to the 10.1 developer tool release.
2. Added the December patches.
3. Done a fink selfupdate
4. Done a fink update-all.
5. Confirmed my fink.conf file matches that of Bill Bumgarner, who has
had success installing wxgtk and wxpython-wxgtk under OS X.
