thanks for your h explanations. I've taken the updated package for pdftk-1.44
which I made for 10.6 but did commit as pdftk.info instead of the pdftk-10.6
package and added the fix for the missing libiconv flags. The 10.6. is now a)
up-to-date, b) links explicitly against fink's

I don't have a 64bit fink installation and cannot test this but it looks like
libgcj from the gcc45 package doesn't link explicitly against libicon

even though on 10.6.6/7 it compiles fine for x86_64, it fails at runtime:
pdftk A=0260_0001.pdf B=0264_0001.
