Hi Emmanuel: I can verify the same problem. I don't know what to do about it. Here are a couple suggested workarounds until something better comes along: 1. invoke from the command line, reading your file: rasmol myfile.pdb The other menu pulldowns then seem to work ok, at least for me. 2.

[Fink-users] rasmol and X11: unable to see open file or other dialog boxes

I am using OS 10.3.1 with Apple X11 and X11SDK with fink 0.6.2. I used fink to install the rasmol package which proceeded without incident. Now when I try to use rasmol, I find that no dialog boxes appear. Specifically, if I go to file-->open no file browser opens so that I may choose a file no
