hi all,
on a imac g4 with new 10.2.1 and august devtools and fink from scratch,
xemacs installation seems to succeed (don't have the log here); but the
binary fails to be found. rebuild etc. fink from cvs.
is this a known problem (with a known solution)?

Have you installed xemacs and xemacs-sumo-pkg? I had exactly the same
problem thinking that xemacs-sumo-pkg "had it all". It looks for all
the world like xemacs is installed by installing the sumo-pkg, but
that's not the case. You need to install both (or at least xemacs) to
get the executable.
