What is the current config for AuthServer and WireCrypt? AuthServer needs to
include LegacyAuth, and WireCrypt needs to be set to Enabled or Disabled
(default is Required).

I already changed the way it works in Jaybird 3.0 and - I haven't tested it yet
- that shouldn't be affected, but backwards compatibility for protocol 10 would
be great as it ensures old Jaybird versions continue to work.
