How was the maximum size of the result of RSA_PRIVATE and RSA_PUBLIC determined? They are currently sized at 16384 and 8192 respectively, but given the maximum key length of 1024 bytes, it doesn't seem to exceed +/- 5000 bytes (some experimentation repeatedly gave an actual length of 4652 byt
