Hi, Just for the information. I am experiencing a similar problem. My Firebird2.0 DB resides on a PC server that has two NICs. When I try to install my application server program onto the same PC server, it seems that the application server program cannot connect to the DB on the same machine. I tries "localhost", "127.0.0.1", and "192.168.x.x" in vain.
