Even the previous version was cleaning up the pool. It's up to server what it
does with connections based on shutdown type specified.

Seens that in the new Version after a shutdown it not cleanen the pool anymore
So if you made a connection before the database shutdown made the shutdown and
then try to connect usem the same user of the first connection an exception is
throw.
So If you clean the pool the excetion stop's

In the new version 4.6 after make de Database Shutdown we need to run
FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient.FbConnection.ClearAllPools();
And then it workss
