Indeed, in our case we have to change the owner of the existing database
objects.
Is there any tool/script/etc., which could be used to either change the owner
of the existing database objects or pump the data into the new database?

We have to change the owner of database, because a user, who had been using
SYSDBA account, has decided to create and use another account due to security
reasons.

Hello,
in Firebird 2.5, there was a possibility to change the database owner by
updating values in the system tables (RDB$...).
However, in Firebird 3, updating the system tables is not allowed. Is there
any other way to change the database owner in Firebird 3?
