I tried your suggestions and reinstalled with special attention to
see if the gds32.dll was created.
Then I tried to open and import a database using the MS Access.
I got the message saying that the it doesn't support HTML pages.
Any idea what is this?

IMHO looking for a file called "fbclient.dll" somewhere on your hard
disk and copying it as "gds32.dll" to C:\Windows\System32 should be
