Gfix visits each page of the database, so 90 minutes is not so long if
your disk subsystem is not based SSD.
In general, follow these steps

Check firebird.log too - gfix reports there its findings.

gfix -validate 'dbname' with the credentials of the user that created the db
(not the sysdba)
