Lisa, I'm on foal watch too, but my mare is a little behind yours, it seems. I have a baby room monitor in the barn and the other piece is next to my bed. I have very good reception and can hear every sneeze, every chomp and blade of hay that she eats. Used the monitor for my last foal. When the mare started to foal the monitor let us know what she was doing. Didn't miss a thing and even my grandson, Gunnar, saw the whole birth. He sat behind the mare and had a front row seat!

Philis Anderson PS....the fires have quelled somewhat, but we still need alot of rain. We have had virtually none! Canada is burning now.
